The following are the complete guidelines for processing school composite grant bills under the SNA SPARSH-CFMS system for the academic year 2026-27.

  1. Differences Between the Old System (PFMS) and the New System (cfms).

NEW SYSTEM (SNA SPARSH-CFMS)

  1. Primary and Upper Primary schools do not have CFMS tiles to create bills independently.
  2. All grants, including Composite Grants, Cluster Grants and MRC grants, must be processed through the MEO/MRC login, including grants for high schools.
